BMRuins respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, BMRuins will take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. BMRuins will also notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice. The user may then have the opportunity to submit a counter-notification as allowed by the DMCA.
Please note that filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. Be sure that you are the copyright owner or have the right to act on behalf of the copyright owner before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
